Helios House, Simplifying Definition

Im trying to model Office dA's Helios House. Ive attached the grasshopper file I've been working on so far. There has to be a better way to organize the data then the way I have done it so far with points. The only thing is dividing a line segment in half to get the midpoint is the only way I could figure out how to create the triangulated, trapezoidal geometry.
