Hankin's method to Snub Square tiling

Hello everyone,

I am trying to apply Hankin's method using an attractor to a Snub Square tiling that I created. I am struggling to understand how it works - and it also seems that my tiling is being transformed in two separate parts, even though I have merged and grouped everything.

I really hope you can help me out with how I can apply Hankin's method to the tiling - changing the rotation and scale! I am new with Grasshopper and I am trying to complete this as part of my university work.

I have attached the gh file. (I have turned off the final parts of the definition, but you can turn them on to see how I have attempted to make a start!)
