algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Grids and Edge Fillet. Check this picture.

I want to create this facade. 

I have already the dimensions and the grid. 

But I want to do an offset to create the holes. Edge Fillet. 
And then a simple extrude.

As a side note, the Flip Curve component in this case is to make sure all the curves have the same orientation. When using Flip curve with a guide curve, closed curves are matched for orientation.
