Gridline-Dimension with Constraints and Rule

Dear Grasshopper Users,

I got a very challenging assignment from our Team, to define a grid line .GH that will be parametric and have rules. Basically the concept is similar to the attached link. though in creating our gridline, we wish to have some sort of freedom while dialing the sliders, but will always snap to a set of preferred dimension number. like 7.2m then 8.4 so on and so forth. that would be an amazing staring point to create space planning constraints. I saw that in this video the person used TT Toolbox and Enefront. Hope you guys can help a newbie like me on this big assignment. Thank you.
