grid and polihedras....

hello everybody, i have a big problem with this, I am trying to put a hendecahedrons in order to fill the gaps on a space. I starting whit a grid and puting the geometries at every each point. I saw that is better to make a new grid with intervals to put the geometries poperly.The other thing is that I'm going to make more floors for the grid but on the next floor the geometries going in different order but if I get the solution on the first grid would be easier on the next one.
