algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Im trying to model this building in using grasshopper instead of rhino for an assignment, but i cant figure out how to set this sphere to a slider to morph it in x,y,z directions

I would suggest that you don't think of the GLA building as a sphere that has to be sliced up, but rather 2 arcs with circular floors between them.
