Grasshopper Dictionary - Translation

Just throwing an idea on the table...

GH components that translates the Rhino Layers from one Language to another?

Or the text from a Panel or a txt file...

Just came across the problem recently but not sure how to do it.

Somehow to use Google Translate API probably?
