Glass Panels formed of Point Grid

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could give me a hand. I have created a point grid using a bit of grasshopper and manual modelling. The grid was created by dividing a surface which moved in multiple dimensions.

I am needing to surface the points in a vertical manner. I have manually done this by using the 4 point surface command.

I was hoping to be able to load the points and then move through in vertical columns and surf the points, like the image?

I can load up the grasshopper script that got me this far if you think it might make this task easier.
