Glare simulation erro

Dear all,

When we did glare simulation, there was suddenly shown an error as below. The image showing the cd/m2 and GDP value cannot be generated.

1. Solution exception:Could not find file 'd:\glareAnalysis\Lyric\6_21_15.0\imageBasedSimulation\6_21_15.0_IMG_Perspective.HDR'.

It was normal before I defined a new wall. It still cannot run after I delete the newly defined wall. And it sometimes suddenly can run and generate results without any changes.

Please kindly help me if you know the solution.
