GH Error on Rhino 5 - help

I am getting two diffent errors running the latest build of GH on Rhino 5.

One of the occurs when attempting to add ONE CURVE, my workaround has been to add MULTIPLE CURVES yet select only one in the Rhino enviroment.

The second error which is the most crusial is when trying to bake. After hitting bake and being prompter for a layer to bake to, I get the following.

Does anyone how how to fix this? (I know I can go and work on Rhino 4 but Rhino 5 is much cooler ;)

Do you get the bake error message from either of the other methods eg. Solution Menu > Bake Selected or the Radial Menu accessed from the Middle Mouse Button or space bar

being a GH newb I did not know there were other methods, I usually right click on the component/node and look for the BAKE command and then click on it. Let me try the other methods and report.

UPDATE:

Ok it bakes with the other two methods, but it doesnt ask me what layer to put it on.

That's right there is no layer option on these, which is probably why its working. I think this bug has been around for a while and seems to only present itself on the component context menu method (which includes the option for layer selection)

This is regardless of the Rhino 5 version/build?

Do you know anything about the first error by any chance?
