Geometry change through angle

Hi, could anyone tell me how do i make a square surface on the 4 pieces surface around (the four pieces heights are control by the angel individual i want them to control with same angel  and so i can have same height) 
this geometry's purpose is to control angle in the status that "surface area don't change" but change the projecting surface!
