Well ... I have good, bad and ugly news:

Good: very easily doable (using a vast variety of  types/"seed" polylines - here I've used "Voronoi" ones, but you can input any valid List of closed polylines).

Bad: C# code only (for the recursive part)... meaning (I guess) that's useless to you: life sucks, he he.

Ugly:No input validity checks are included: do not feed the C# with faulty stuff.

Not sure if I can attach anything here (issues persist that started 3-4 days ago). If not ... I'll try later on.
