Geometric Analysis with grassshopper

Hi!

I'm currently working with a neighborhood and I have all building footprints and also a 3d model with buildings height already set.

I have seen nice things with grasshopper for optimizing buildings' geometry and I was wondering if anyone knows how to find the average building from an existing model (with its geometry associated and orientation)

For example, you have this model with different building geometric footprint, some of them are weird (not the typical rectangle), with different orientations. Is there a way to analyse all these geometries and find the one which represent all the others?
