Generating pattern on 3D surface using a 2D module...

Dear All

I'm trying to generate a pattern on a 3D surface (3D%20surface.jpg) by using a parametrically controlled 2D module (2D%20Module.jpg). A rough idea is shown here...pattern.jpg. I’ve also uploaded Rhino/Grasshopper files.

The purpose is to link the 2D module with the 3D surface or in another word map the 2D module onto the surface, and make grasshopper understand that it needs to grab the 4 intersection points (nodes created by surface division command, 4%20intersecting%20nodes.jpg) as the starting point for generating the module.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
