Generating Compositions of 2d shapes with specific sum area in a specific site

Hi. So the thing is that I have a specified site for architecture , which is a pretty awful site, it has plenty edges and not straight at all. I also have the first floor area of the structure that I want to design there. I was wondering if there is a plugin or a way for grasshopper to generate compositions and alternatives of placing a 2d shape with x sqmeters of area in this site. (of course it needs more parameters to be a logical shape for a building with limits for the parameters but for now I only need a simple shape finding)
