From Points or Crvs to Surface

Dear Group,

I generated a "hanging net" using a non linear analysis software. I export and import the geometry in Rhino. Unfortunately, the deformed mesh is output as single lines.

Is there anybody who would have a trick using either simple Rhino commands or GH definition so that I get my surface back?

THe initial surface and mesh was generated into Rhino so at least I know my UV count.
