From point cloud to mesh and 3D models

Hello,

I have a point cloud of my head/face captured by an iPhone. Now I am looking for a wayt to get at mesh and 3D model of this point cloud. I seems to be impossible with Rhino, but maybe there is other software, that could be useful.

I can attach a file of my face, which is in .ply.

Any recommendations?
