from 2D into 3D voronoi

Hello guys!

i'm a beginner in grasshopper and i need your help to complete my voronoi cells into 3d.

my rhino file is attached.

The ground plan is defined (where the planes are) and these planes should be created as a cell in 3d. the cells should be in different heights.
