Frames or Planes

Hi,

 

I'm learning GH, and I would like to know what is more used Frames or Planes? and is there a way to convert a Frame to Plane?

a frame is a plane, oriented to a piece of geometry. I don't believe there's any functional difference; they are the same data type.
