Frame around panels

Hello,

I have created a bunch of panels on a curved surface using lunchbox. I've then randomly

I would like to add a window frame around each panel. I've tried extracting the edges of each panel using brep and brep edge and then using the pipe command without any luck. I've also tried using weaverbird.

Can some one think of a straight forward way to accomplish my window frame?
