Folding with 3 layers

I tried this algorithm to create a folding surface from 2 layers, at the beginning. After that I wanted to add one more layer to make it more complex. The script was given to me for the purpose of the two layers. I need either to change it so as to be adapted to the 3 surfaces or create another algorithm from the beginning. Has anyone any idea how can i do this?
