Folding plate work_

Hi everyone, 

I am beginner in gh and need to generate a folding plate for my submission. To be able to learn , i worked on a jpg(from google) which has a  form related with my design pattern. 

It seems correctly , i believe that there are some integer problems. 

Could anyone help me to fix it and understand the logic?
