flow along curve

I would like to find a work around for the Rhino command Flow (flow along curve) in GH .

I have not been able to find the command Flow in GH

I think this is what you are asking. Perpendicular Frames along an arbitrary curve. If so I attached a basic definition. You just add perp frames to a curve and use the frames as a base for whatever geometry you want to add.
