Flatten Curve

Hi,

I am looking to make a series of planar surfaces from curves cut from a BREP. Most of the Plane-BREP intersections work fine but some result in curves which are slightly out of plane (eg xxx e-13).

Does anyone know a way to either change the tolerance so making the planar surface from this slightly out of plane curve won't fail or to "flatten" the curve onto a specified plane?
