Fixed num of each state Optimization

Hi;

There is a finite number states e.g. {0,1,2,3} that assign to the collection of 3dpoints (about 500). The number of each state is fixed e.g. {20,100,120,260}. We expect Galapagos to determine the state of each point to approach the fitness.

The main problems is overlapping indices in gene pool and keeping fixed number of each state.

Maybe a reduction loop inside Galapagos loop is needed.

Making A "Manual Controlled Jitter" or shifting each item individually controlled in a list, could be other clue!
