Firefly reading problem

Hi,

I did install Firefly and I am trying to work with it. I got the message that says "Hooray! The serial port is open and you may not begin reading or writing data to the serial port" but I have warning when I try to read from my Arduino MEGA 2560 I am using rhino 5 on windows 10.

I need some help!
