Fillet Segment from Wire / Count gets random

Hello

I fillet these segments (by 3), join them with the remaining curve & then make a surface. I have to count them, so that they can be oriented in a new plane.

The last join gives me 20 values instead of 10. The count seems ok, but no1 gets repeated in the bottom of every element.

When I flatten the last segment I get 10 values, & the count seems random but there are no extra values at the bottom.

Any idea what is going wrong here?
