Fillet and curved surfaces

Hello all,

I have a series of curved surfaces from an isotrim. I'm trying to fillet the curves of them, but on the surface. In the image below, you can see the two curves (for each segment) I'm trying to fillet. I've no problem in isolating the relevant curves, but getting them to fillet on the surface is proving to be a nightmare. Any ideas??
