You need to use the Fillet component which requires a curve parameter, in addition to a curve and a radius. The problem is, how do you define the corner you want to fillet? Is it the nth discontinuity from the start of the curve? The corners with the smallest y value? The corner closest/furthest away from some point? The Sharpest corner? ...?

I want to do a fillet in one corner of a perfect square with 50mm by 50 mm.

Do you care which corner? If not, then since a square is very likely to start and end in one of the corners*, you can just plug the square into the Fillet component, enable the Reparameterize option on the Fillet C input, set your radius and use zero as the fillet parameter.

* likely, but not necessarily.

Thanks, but the corner is important.

I have 4 squares and i have to do a fillet in each one. But always in different corners.

But which different corners? You'll have to be specific about this before you'll be able to automate it, unless you're happy manually picking points for each new case.
