File output streamer

While the panel display has file output streaming functionality and one can easily write an output streamer in either vb or C# for one's own uses, it might be nice to remove streaming from the panel component and have an output stream component as a separate member of the core components set. This would balance out the input component on the other end nicely. If such a component where to come alive It might benefit from the ability to specify file extension to accommodate the various text base file formats like html, xml, x3d, vrml, etc., etc.
