File locations for Grasshopper on the Virtual Machine

We are running Window 7 via Parallels on the macbookpro and i was curious to know how folks are handling the location for their various GH (and other) files.

Right now I keep a folder on my desktop with all my organized gha, exe, msi, rhp, rvb and other files that i need to load (3dm files stay on the Mac side) and I simply drag and drop them or load them via the Rhino interface from that location. 

Since we don't backup the VM's, we also keep a copy of this folder on the Mac side.

Does this sound about right?
