FAQ section

Hey Admins - seems like users are missing the point of the FAQ section. Would be great to do a little cleanup to move regular one-time-only questions out of the FAQ, otherwise makes it a bit less useful. Thoughts? (I suppose strictly speaking "Please help me!" is frequently asked... but not really a question)
