facetted surfaces

Hello everybody,

I need to develop a facetted surface from a fragmented curve. 

I found that here, but it doesn't work for me for several reasons:

1. the surface developped is bigger than the curve;

2. I need to control the point (I need exactly that point, this point, and so on)

I will really appreciate your suggestions.
