Faceted box

Hi all, I'm trying to create the parameters for a somewhat simple form. I am calling it a faceted box - essential using a box form and then distorting it. I've tried by creating a 3D point population - but I couldn't figure out how to get the results I'm looking for.

I have many boxes to create and I want to be able to adjust a seed component - or some other slider to make the "faceted" surface distort in a unique way for each box. Any help is greatly appreciated as always!
