Facade Tiles

Hello,

this is my first post in this forum and I’m very excited about it… and please excuse me about my English.

I’m trying to find a way how to produce a tiles pattern on an existing facade without changing anything but only the gaps between the tiles. The outside lines of the facade and the windows lines are not perfectly build and there are some small tolerances, but this are the real dimensions and I’m not able to change them. Also the sizes of the tiles are fix (12x 12cm and 12x 25cm). So the only variable is the gap between the tiles (between 10 and 14 mm).

I was thinking using Galapagos and Kangaroo, but I don’t know how to make the variable for the gaps. Any Ideas?

I will be very thankful if someone can help me to find a solution of the task.
