facade lattice

hi all,

i am trying to create a lattice for my building mass which the lattice has different openings/apertures according to the distance with a point (i.e closer to the point, denser/narrower the lattice). 

the way i tried was creating circles of different sizes and rotate them on the facade plane so that i could get for curvy line and hopefully to join them (i.e: interpolate mid points of all the circle). but i couldnt figure out a way to join points on different curves.

can someone help me please?

or tell me if i am utterly wrong?
