Extrusion from surfaces With varying thickness

I have made this model of a tunnel system which uses an attractor point to create a variable thickness. The thickness is defined by the points and the lines connecting them but I am having trouble defining a thickness. I have been tackling it all night but cant come up with an extrusion. I have tried to sweep, extrude, loft but non have worked for me. Help would be great, thank you!
