Extruding a twisted Louver System

Hi there, I'm implementing a twisted Louver system in my project and am looking to add an expression to generate a thickness in the louvers. I'm relatively new and tried a couple of things but couldn't seem to make it work. I've attached the expression (thanks to another forum member) and the rhino file. Any help would be greatly appreciated my deadline is only a month away! ha
