algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Extrude Surfaces Based on distance from point

Hey, So I am working on a script that will allow me to extrude surfaces based on their distance from a central point. I have gotten it almost completely done I just need to know how to make the list I have into vectors for the Extrude input. Thank you.
