algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi! I was wondering if someone could help me...I'm trying to make the extrude have a different height in order to make something like the attached sketch.

Hi Maria
Extrusion based on the same attractor, expode the panel frames, remove duplicate points, don't forget flatten Bounds and in loft options select closed loft and straight.
