extract 3D voronoi faces with thickness

Hello,

I try to decompose multi 3Dvoronoi with a constant thickness and all different angles for a wood fabrication.

My big problem is that offset solution(s) (weavbird) failed because of uncontrolable faces or edges too small sizes.

I'm really stuck with this issue since 3 days.

Is it possible ?
