Extension directly adjacent to surface

Hi ladies and gentlemen,

I'm trying to make extrusion from the surface of a curve plane. How ever i'm only able to achieve extrusion towards one direction instead of being adjacent along to the curve. 

P.S. followed also attached a sketch of the intended outcome. Thanks!

Hi.

Check this. I replaced "Divide Surface" component to "Surface Frames" and you can use their normal vectors.
