Excel export and import

i have two questions or a wish list if it is not possible 

first, 

is it possible to control which data goes to column x row y 

is it possible to do it using a grasshopper components rather than complex scripts 

seconds,

is it possible to have control of repeated data in different places of the excel file 

if i have the value X1 repeated in different pages or lets say date 

is it possible to write it once and then it is updated in all pages and worksheets within the book sheet.
