algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Error when starting Grasshopper

This error doesn't provide any actual path.. which drives me crazy. Any idea about what caused it & how to solve it by any chance?

These are my installed plugins. I have double checked everyone of them unblocked.

the only clue there is the PG_ prefix. I'd say the plugins that might use PG are Panda and Plankton.
