Error when Publishing Using Reference to Latest Rhino Common/GH Build 0.8.0007

I have just added a reference to the latest rhinocommon.dll included with the latest build of GH 0.8.0007  Previoulsy I have nad no issues but I know get problems with the RhinoCommon.dll not be installed in the GAC. Th enew issue is after using VS2010 professional, previoulsy I was using VS2008 Pro.

I have ensured that I explicitly includ ethe RhinoCommon.dll through Publish settings on the Properties form of the project for Application Files.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

I am running Rhino 4 SR8.

Any advice?
