Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hey guys

I know there has already been a discussion on this, but it didn't make me smart, and it seems it's dead. I have a surface that I would want to turn into a structural system of equilateral triangles. My surface is very curved and dividing it into a grid and make a gridshell structure is not a good solution. I'll attach my surface file.

In the previous discussion there was posted an image of triangles projected on a surface, but no coding. I've also looked at the Kangaroo example files, but they don't open in my version as it is old. Does anyone know how to do this? I'm fairly new with Kangaroo
