Energy simulation of atrium buildings

Hello.

I'm working on designing a commercial-office atrium building.and i would like to find the best energy efficiency form for the atrium between some suggested forms.then start to design the building base on that form.

could you please guide me how to start it? based on some studies, i found that i can use ladybug+ honeybee for grasshopper for energy simulation. i'v seen some tutorials from Mostapha Roudsari and Chris Machy on the youtube. and became familiar to them to some extent. but i don't know if these plugins are suitable for energy simulation of an atrium building or not?

I want to find the influence of "atrium geometry" on the energy performance.

some shapes of atrium that i want to compare are:

- A simple atrium at the center of the building

- dividing volume of the atrium and convert it to some atrium with the same total volume.

-atrium with slopped wall.

-...

in all cases, volume of the atrium,whether conditions and other parameters are kept same and just atrium shape will be changed.
