algorithmic modeling for Rhino
I'm working on making a banquette w vertical 'scallops'
I've tried to flow these scallops on a surface I made in Rhino, but it didn't work out. I'm now trying to recreate the process using grasshopper.
I've divided the curve and created ellipses xy plane. How can I get them to rotate on the plane tangent to the curve so that they're touching and then I can trim them against the curve so I can loft these trimmed ellipses with a straight edge line and get a ellipse diminishing to a straight curve similar to the scallops file?
Would appreciate any help
