elements on multiple surfaces

Dear all,

Im having difficulties to implement elements (holes, bounding boxes, pyramids ...) on multiple surfaces.

The problems i have is:

1.  Implement elements on multiple surface without changing the shape of elements (strech,twist or bend)

2.  Transfer the geometry from a reference surface to the original (multiple) surface.

I attached the pictures of my surfaces and a Rhino file
