Elements of pattern are not joined together ...

Hello

I've made pattern of octagons based on point grid. I used cull patterns and Tree Branch components. At the end I found out that the figures are not connected together but offsetted of 1 grid "cell". I'm wondering, how to modify my definition to encloser the octagons. I want them to "touch" themselves. Do you guys think that's possible without big changes?
